Lotus Palm is a sprawling luxury residential community located in Boca Raton, Florida. Developed by GL Homes, Lotus Palm is a premier neighborhood featuring approximately 525 single-family homes. Development began in 2022, and the community boasts a modern, upscale amenity center, including a fitness center, a full-service restaurant, multiple swimming pools, and a dedicated children’s water play area.
The children’s water play area is a shallow activity pool filled with vibrant interactive water features tailored to children and their families. Highlights include a vibrant jungle-themed dumping bucket with palm leaf accents, a butterfly-themed spray feature, a flower-themed spray feature, and an interactive water play table with spinner and smiley face table designs, perfect for toddlers and younger guests. Additional features include a misting pole, a water cannon, and colorful spray rings with wide entry points, allowing children to swim and play beneath them.
This engaging water play area is powered by innovative technology for ease of use and maintenance. The Aqua Activator, positioned near the pool, enables patrons to activate the water features at their leisure, with each session running for approximately 30 minutes. The pool’s hydraulics and filtration systems, housed in AquaWorx equipment packs, ensure the water features operate smoothly while maintaining clean, recirculated water. These systems are discreetly located in a gated outdoor equipment yard, providing both efficiency and accessibility for maintenance.
The success of the Lotus Palm Water Activity Pool is a result of collaboration between AquaWorx, the water feature and swimming pool filtration equipment manufacturer, Laggase Pools, the pool builder, and GL Homes, the renowned developer behind the community. The success of the Lotus Splash Pad, an inclusive aquatic play amenity located at another GL Homes development, which was completed in 2022, brought about the inspiration for the Lotus Palm project. Together, we have created a delightful aquatic play space that highlights the beauty of South Florida and perfectly complements the luxury lifestyle of Lotus Palm residents.
